At Create Goods Co., every item is made with care and attention to detail. Since our products are currently Made to Order, please allow 2–4 weeks for processing before your order is dispatched. This timeline ensures each piece is crafted to the highest standard.
Processing & Dispatch
Orders are processed in the order they are received. Once your item is ready, it will be carefully packaged and shipped using our trusted courier partners. As we grow, we plan to shorten processing times and move towards faster dispatch.
Delivery Times
After dispatch, estimated delivery times are:

International Orders: 7–21 business days, depending on location and customs clearance.

Shipping Rates
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. For international customers, any import duties, customs fees, or local taxes are the buyer’s responsibility.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details. Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to update.
Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping information is complete and accurate. We are not responsible for delays or undeliverable packages due to incorrect addresses. If an order is returned, reshipping fees may apply.
Damaged or Lost Shipments
If your order arrives damaged, please notify us within 48 hours at hello@creategoods.co with photos of the product and packaging. In the rare case of a lost package, we will work with our courier partners to resolve the issue.
