Refund Policy

At Create Goods Co., each product is Made to Order with careful attention to detail. As such, all sales are considered final. By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined in this Refund Policy.

 

 

1. No Returns or Refunds for Change of Mind

 

Due to the made-to-order nature of our products, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refund requests arising from:

 

  • Change of mind or personal preference after purchase.

  • Dissatisfaction with color, texture, or natural markings of leather. Full-grain leather inherently varies in grain, tone, and appearance; these are not considered defects.

  • Delays caused by couriers, customs, or circumstances beyond our control.

 

 

2. Order Cancellations

 

Orders may only be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. After this period, production begins and cancellations cannot be accommodated under any circumstances.

 

 

3. Damaged or Defective Products

 

We take product quality seriously. If your order arrives damaged or defective, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery by sending an email to hello@creategoods.co with:

 

  • Your order number.

  • Clear photographs of the product and packaging showing the issue.

 

Once reviewed, we will determine whether the product qualifies as damaged or defective. If approved, we will, at our sole discretion, arrange for a repair, replacement, or refund. Our decision on whether the item is eligible will be final.

 

 

4. Non-Refundable Situations

 

Refunds will not be issued in the following circumstances:

 

  • Failure to report a defect or damage within the specified 48-hour period.

  • Products returned without prior written approval.

  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping details provided by the customer.

  • Refusal to accept delivery of an order.

  • Normal wear, tear, or aging of leather, including scratches, marks, and color variations.

 

 

5. Refund Method & Timeline

 

If a refund is approved, it will be processed to the original method of payment (via Razorpay) within 7–10 business days. Actual credit to your account may take longer depending on your bank or payment provider.

 

 

6. Governing Law

 

This Refund Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under or in connection with this Policy shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Chennai, India.
