Since every piece is Made to Order, we don’t accept returns or refunds for change of mind. If your wallet arrives damaged or defective, please email us at hello@creategoods.co within 48 hours with photos, and we’ll take care of it.

All our products are Made to Order. Please allow 2–4 weeks for crafting before dispatch. Once shipped, delivery usually takes 3–7 business days within India and 7–21 business days internationally. You’ll receive tracking details by email as soon as your order is on the way.
